Product Details

Our new Murphy Bed System with Slide-Out Extensions allows you to sleep front to back/north to south and was designed for someone 6'9 or shorter. Simply slide out the extensions and you're ready for bed. Intermediate Install.

Made for the Storyteller Overland Mode models.

*Disclosure: side bolsters will be offset with the main bed cushions by 1″. Our bed frame is 1″ thicker (taller) than the OEM bed frame. As you can see in the images, its not that big of a deal!

One of the best Mods we’ve done so far!

At 6’5” tall I was constantly poking the screen out of the side window while sleeping E/W as our Storyteller was originally designed. Just back from a week in SE Utah with our new CAV Murphy bed and it was GREAT!!!!! Now sleeping N/S we’re using Thermorest 4” inflatable insulated mattresses that are 30x80 and they are awesome. Way more comfortable than our OEM mattress and easily deflated to fold back out of the way when the bed is not extended. Additionally, we gained massive additional storage down either side of the new bed footprint.
If you’re 6’5” or taller I’d highly recommend this mod and my wife is very happy that I’m no longer climbing over her to get in and out of bed.
