30-Day Return Window

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: For a full refund, products must be in new condition.

    • Submit a return or repair request.
    • A return label will be provided by us.

Shipping Costs

  • Fault on Our Side: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Customer Choice: For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

  • Within 30 Days: No restocking fee for items returned in new condition.
  • After 30 Days: A 20% restocking fee, plus shipping costs, applies to late returns.

Custom Orders

  • Refunds: Custom orders are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Processing: After receiving the item in new condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs (if applicable).
  • Credit Card Transaction Fees: Non-refundable, amounting to 2.5% of the total transaction.

Damaged Items

  • Reporting Damage: Send pictures with a repair request if an item arrives damaged.
  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement for the damaged item at our expense.

Order Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel your entire order due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss a refund. Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.
