We offer a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or your item arrived damaged, please call us at the office 747-202-0354 OR send us an email with your return/repair request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to send you a return label. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items if you are within the 30 days, you are just responsible for shipping costs. If you do wish to return an item outside of the 30 day return policy, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee + shipping.
Once we receive your return in new condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping cost.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us a few pictures with a repair request and we will ship out replacement.
If you decide to cancel your entire order, due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us for a refund. CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
